In this module, you will learn about federal and state constitutions and constitutional law, as well as the varieties of constitutional legal research that a practicing attorney might be asked to perform. The module will introduce and describe a wide array of research sources, including general tools like legal encyclopedias and jurisdiction-specific ones. You will exercise effective use of citators like Shepard鈥檚 and KeyCite as they relate to constitutions.
